How To Book

You can book your appointment over the phone, online, on our app or in the Spa

On Arrival

Please arrive 10-15 minuets early to complete your consultation form, start your relaxation process and unwind with a nice complementary drink

For guests having multiple treatments or enjoying one of our Spa Day packages , We provide guests with robes and slippers

Late Arrival

As a courtesy to all our guests we do operate a prompt appointment schedule. A late arrival may mean that your treatment time is reduced, but you may still be charged the full price of the treatment depending on the service

Cancellation Policy

We understand that some circumstances are unavoidable and cancelling your appointment may be necessary. If you cannot keep your appointment we require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule single appointments. Less than 24 hours will result in 50% charge and less than 12 hours will result in full charge of treatment price.

For spa pamper packages we require a 50% deposit to secure the booking which is non-refundable for appointments that change or cancel within 48 hours’ notice.

Deposits

Deposits are required with some treatments and at certain times of the year. You will be advised of this at the time of booking.

​

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. Christmas gift vouchers are valid until the 30th June. We do not accept expired gift vouchers, however we can redeem your voucher against your booking at any date before it expires.

Personal Needs

We want to make your visit as comfortable as possible. If there is anything you would like us to prepare for you, please call us and let us know how we can help on 01925 558080 .

The Spa is on the ground floor and has no steps. The toilet is easily accessible. 

We provide disposable underwear for necessary treatments, and robes & slippers for clients having Spa packages and pedicures.

Age Requirements - Adult's Only

Due to strict Health & Safety regulations and the relaxation of our other guests we do not accommodate babies or children in the Spa. We can treat over 13's as however under 16's must have an appropriate adult present at all times.

Mobile Phones

To make the most of your Treatment time and to respect other guests, we kindly request that mobile phones are switched on silent at all times please

Pamper Parties

At The Secret Spa we can accomodate up to 10 guests at a time. For partys of 4 or more we have a special 'Pick & Mix' treatment list for you to chose from. Partys are welcome to bring their own snacks and beverages, we can provide a tabel, ice buckets and champagne flutes. We love celebrations, so please feel free to decorate the spa with ballons, banners etc, we are more than happy to help. For more infomation on Pamper Parties please contact us.
